The Tower Aquarium

Discover the mysteries of the deep

Learn all about the creatures of the deep in the Tower's magical undersea world. There are dozens of species of fish, including everything from the giant Pacu to tiny sea horses, living in a host of purpose-built tanks.

The Blackpool Tower Aquarium originally opened as Dr Cocker's Menagerie in the late 1870's on its present site. The Blackpool Tower Aquarium aquarium actually predates the rest of the Tower!

Blackpool Tower Ballroom

There's no Ballroom in the world like it! The world famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom will impress all those that walk into this magnificent venue.

Steeped in history and home to the mighty Wurlitzer organ that rises Phoenix like from beneath the stage, the ballroom is the focal point for dancers both amateur and professional with its sprung dance floor and majestic atmosphere.

The venue hosts many events including Salsa evenings, concerts, variety shows, awards ceremonies and dinners.
