A family run bed and breakfast centrally based in Blackpool

Lyn and Paul would like to welcome you to The Manor House Hotel, Blackpool.

To make your stay an enjoyable experience, please read the following:

• Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Hotel. This is to comply with the no smoking legislation. If you wish to smoke you must leave the building. Smoking areas with "butt bins" are provided. Please use these bins to keep our streets clean.

• Breakfast is served between 0845 and 0930. (last serving 0920)

**If you wish or need an earlier breakfast, please let us know in advance. **

• No food or drink, other than provided by us is permitted in the rooms.

• Check out time is 1000. Your bags can be left in the sun lounge if you are travelling at a later time.

• Please look after your keys. If you lose them, a charge will be made to cover the cost of replacement.

• Bar opening times are 1900 - 2330 subject to demand. However, this is flexible and if there is a sporting event or similar on the television, in the afternoon or evening, then it will be open to enable you to watch and enjoy a pint or three.

• We like to think that we can do our bit for the environment, so please ensure that you switch off the lights and the television when you leave your room.

• If you require your towels changing, then please leave them in the shower cubicle. This ensures that we do not unnecessarily use water and detergent on unused items. (Please note: towels are not changed on stays of less than 3 nights)

• Please do not take our white towels to the beach or to Sandcastles Water Park. Ask Lyn or Paul and they will provide you with alternate towels.

• These premises have a water meter fitted and as water is becoming a precious and expensive commodity, please ensure you turn off the taps and only use what you need.

We like to be flexible in our approach and to help and oblige whenever we can, but unfortunately we cannot read minds. So if there is anything you need or are unhappy about, then please do not hesitate to come and talk to us, so that we can try our best to sort it out, so that you have a happy and enjoyable stay with us.

** Early breakfast (before 8.00 am) consists of Tea or Coffee, Orange Juice, Cereals and Toast.
